Terms of Service – ITTSP Affiliate System

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the ITTSP Affiliate System ("System") operated by ITTSP ("Company","we","us","our"). By registering, accessing or using the System, you ("Affiliate","User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1.Eligibility & Account

You must have legal capacity to enter binding agreements. You are responsible for accurate registration data, safeguarding credentials and all activities conducted under your account. ITTSP may approve, reject, suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion.

2.Program Participation

Affiliates may promote approved offers strictly in compliance with applicable laws, advertising standards and these Terms. Unauthorized representations, misleading claims or unapproved marketing materials are prohibited.

3.Commissions

Commissions are conditional upon valid tracking, successful transaction completion, fraud screening and final approval by ITTSP. The Company may withhold, reverse or adjust commissions due to chargebacks, cancellations, invalid traffic, self-referrals, artificial conversions, policy violations or suspected abuse. Commission structures may be modified at any time.

4.Prohibited Conduct

Strictly prohibited: fraudulent traffic, bots, cookie stuffing, click injection, brand bidding without authorization, spam, impersonation, false advertising, intellectual property infringement, illegal content, data scraping, system interference or any activity that harms ITTSP reputation or partners.

5.Compliance & Monitoring

ITTSP reserves the right to monitor traffic sources, audit promotional methods and request verification documents. Failure to provide requested information may result in suspension or termination.

6.Payments

Payouts are subject to minimum thresholds, verification procedures and compliance review. ITTSP may delay payments for investigation purposes. Affiliates are solely responsible for taxes, reporting obligations and local regulatory compliance.

7.Intellectual Property

All System technology, software, trademarks, branding, tracking tools and materials remain exclusive property of ITTSP. A limited, revocable, non-transferable license is granted solely for approved promotional use.

8.No Warranty

The System is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including availability, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or revenue generation.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITTSP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities or goodwill arising from participation in the Program.

10.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ITTSP from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, promotional activities or violation of law.

11.Termination

ITTSP may suspend or terminate participation at any time with or without notice. Upon termination, all rights cease immediately and unpaid commissions may be forfeited in case of violation.

12.Modifications

ITTSP reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the System constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

13.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws as determined by ITTSP. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction selected by ITTSP.
