ITTSP Company Policy – Affiliate System

This Company Policy ("Policy") governs access to and use of the ITTSP Affiliate System ("System") operated by ITTSP ("Company","we","us","our"). By accessing or using the System, you agree to this Policy in full.

1.Scope

This Policy applies to all affiliates, partners, users, contractors and entities interacting with the System. ITTSP reserves the right to approve, suspend, restrict or terminate any account at its sole discretion without prior notice.

2.Compliance

Users must comply with all applicable local, national and international laws, including but not limited to advertising, consumer protection, anti-spam, anti-bribery, AML, KYC, data protection and intellectual property regulations. Any violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.

3.No Guarantee

The System is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, accuracy of tracking, or revenue generation. ITTSP does not guarantee commissions, conversions, uptime, or compatibility.

4.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITTSP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, including loss of revenue, data, goodwill or business interruption, arising from use or inability to use the System.

5.Commission Rules

Commissions are conditional upon valid tracking, fraud checks, compliance verification and final approval by ITTSP. ITTSP may reverse, withhold or adjust commissions in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, chargebacks, invalid traffic, self-referrals, artificial conversions or policy violations.

6.Prohibited Activities

Strictly prohibited: fraudulent traffic, bots, cookie stuffing, brand bidding without authorization, misleading advertising, false claims, impersonation, spam, unauthorized use of trademarks, illegal content, or activities damaging ITTSP reputation.

7.Data & Security

Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials. ITTSP may monitor, audit and log activity to protect System integrity. While reasonable safeguards are implemented, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8.Intellectual Property

All System content, software, branding, tracking technology and materials remain exclusive property of ITTSP. No license or ownership rights are transferred except limited revocable usage rights.

9.Termination

ITTSP may suspend or terminate access at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, all rights cease immediately and unpaid commissions may be forfeited if violations are identified.

10.Modifications

ITTSP reserves the right to modify this Policy, commission structures, technical specifications or program terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

11.Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by applicable laws determined by ITTSP. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction selected by ITTSP.
